Producing a Beloved Organization-wide Quarterly event
Each quarter, I led a small team of designers to develop the look and feel of the Instagram All Hands event's presentation and collateral. In partnership with Comms managers and executive speakers and stakeholders, I supported the org through the development of a carefully crafted tentpole moment for the team to come together and share insights and successes. These events always sought to inspire the team through beautiful custom editorial visuals in support of the brilliant speakers, as well as data visualization and product roadmap graphics. For these productions, I would get to flex my presentation expertise, understanding of animation and the importance of transitions, and connect the speaker's vision to the company narrative through impactful visuals.
